tbh i am baffled by how it took some people four seasons to get the boys’ political commentary since it has been crystal clear starting from season one (and i say this as a big fan of it then again i had some people call me “woke” because i think human rights are cool 👍) the series has not “gone woke”: it’s always been like that you somehow literally just did not notice
